How to cook Cream Of Potato Soup Recipe
Cream of potato recipe Ingredients
• 3 cups Diced Potatoes
• 2 stakes of Celery
• 1 small onion
• 1 cup water
• 1 Teaspoon Salt
• 1 Teaspoon Parsley Flakes
• 1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
• 1 Teaspoon Instant Chicken Bullion Granules
• 2 Cups Milk
• 3 Tablespoons Flour
• 3 Tablespoons Butter
1. Combine potatoes, celery, onion, water, seasonings, and bullion
in a 2 qt. saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil and cook covered for 13 to 16 minutes, or until
potatoes are tender.
3. Combine 1/4 cup milk with flour until smooth.
4. Add flour mixture, remaining milk, and butter to potatoe mixture.
5. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils, stirring constantly.
6. If i have left over ham I will add it to soup.
