Party potato recipe Ingredients
• 12 small new potatoes
• 1/2 cup sour cream
1. Heat 1 inch water to boiling in a medium sauce pan.
2. Add potatoes; cover and heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer
20 to 25 minutes or until tender; drain and cool 30 minutes to an
hour.
3. Cut potatoes in half and place on a serving tray cut side up (cut
a thin slice from the bottom if necessary to help them stand upright).
4. Top each potato half with 1 teaspoon sour cream; garnish as desired.
5. Cover and chill until serving.
