Artichoke appetizer recipe Cooking method
Ingredients:
8 ounces of artichoke hearts
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces cream cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced, or 2 Tablespoons chopped garlic
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place all ingredients in food processor
and puree until smooth. Place in 9- or 10-inch pie plate or decorative
serving dish. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly brown on
top. May be served with crackers, bread, or tortilla chips
