Artichoke Heart Fritters Cooking method
Artichoke fritter recipe Ingredients
• 3 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts
• 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
• 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/4 teaspoons pepper
• 3 large eggs
• oil (for frying)
garlic butter
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1. In shallow bowl combine bread crumbs,cheese, salt and pepper.
2. In another shallow bowl beat the eggs.
3. Heat enough oil in a skillet to reach a depth of 2 inches.
4. Dip each artichoke heart in the beaten eggs and then dredge in
bread crumb mixture.
5. Fry in hot oil until they are golden brown in small batches, approximately
6-8 minutes.
6. Drain on paper towels and place in chafing dish.
7. Serve hot with garlic butter.

bowl next to chafing dish.
