Fried Artichoke Hearts Cooking method


INGREDIENTS for Fried artichoke recipe
1/2 salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) (granulated) garlic
1/2 teaspoon(s) (dried) basil
1 cup(s) (seasoned) bread crumbs
1 package(s) (9 oz.) frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
2 whole(s) eggs, beaten

DIRECTIONS for cooking Fried artichoke recipe


1. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Mix salt, garlic and basil with bread crumbs. Dip the artichoke hearts in the beaten eggs and then dredge in bread crumbs.
2. Fry in olive oil until golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels.
