Low fat artichoke jalapeno dip Cooking method
Fat artichoke recipe Ingredients
2 marinated artichoke hearts
(from jar of marinated artichoke hearts)
4 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
3 tbsp sour cream (can try low fat)
3 tbsp plain non fat yogurt
1 tbsp minced garlic (from tube)
3/4 small jalapeno peppers
Mince jalapeno peppers and mix with all the other ingredients.
Microwave for about 30 seconds then stir.
Serve right away with your favorite low fat whole grain chip/cracker.
