Kalua pig and cabbage recipe Ingredients
ngredients:
4 tsp Butter
1 can Chicken broth
1 lb Kalua pig, cut up
1 onion, chopped 1 head Cabbage, cored and coarsely chopped
Sea salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a small pot and bring to a simmer. Cover.
As soon as cabbage begins to wilt (steam from boiling broth will cause
this), turn of heat, season to taste and keep covered until ready
to serve.
Additional Comments:
Kimchee on one side, beer on the other.
