Burmese Raw Cabbage Salad
Ingredients
• 3 cups cabbage, finely cut
• 1 large Onion, sliced
• 3 green chili
• 2 tablespoons Shrimp powder
• 1 tablespoon cooked oil
• salt to taste
• 1 large lime

Directions for cooking Raw cabbage recipes


Cut cabbage and soak water for 2 hours. Before serving, drain cabbage and put in salad bowl. Add Onion, chili, Shrimp powder, oil and salt to taste. Squeeze lime over mixture and mix well. Add salt or lime as needed.
