Purple Cabbage With Walnuts And Goat Cheese Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 head purple cabbage, thinly sliced
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese


Directions for cooking Recipe for purple cabbage:


Toast walnuts until fragrant. Heat oil in skillet and add cabbage, salt and pepper. Add balsamic vinegar and brown sugar and saute over medium high heat until crisp tender. Remove from heat and toss with walnuts and cheese.
