• 1/2 pound carrots, sliced
• 1/4 teaspoon honey
• 1/2 teaspoon Bernard Jensen Vegetable Seasoning (sold at Amazon.com)

• 1/4 cup evaporated skim milk
• 1 tablespoon Butter Buds
1. Heat oven to 350°. Combine carrots, honey and vegetable seasoning
in a medium saucepan; add water to cover. Cook until carrots are tender
and water evaporates. Puree in a blender or food processor with remaining
ingredients. Divide among four 6-oz custard cups. Set cups in a pan
of hot water; bake until mixture sets, about 40 minutes. Cool. Turn
upside down on a plate to remove.
