Chili pepper sauce recipe INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh hot red chili peppers 3 cloves garlic,
finely minced1 teaspoon kosher salt1 cup olive oil1/4 cup red wine
vinegar, optional
Combine all of the ingredients in a jar. Cover and let stand in a
cool, dark place for at least 1 week or for up to 1 month. Shake well
before using.
