Baked Corn on the Cob with Peppers Cooking method
Baked corn on the cob recipe Ingredients:
• 4 medium ears corn
• melted butter
• 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
Remove husks and silks from corn. Place each ear of corn on a piece
of heavy duty aluminum foil, and drizzle with a little butter. Sprinkle
1 tablespoon chopped roasted red pepper on each ear of corn. Roll
foil lengthwise around corn and twist ends. Bake at 450° for 25 minutes.
Corn on the cob with roasted red peppers serves 4.
