How to cook Grilled Honey-Ginger Pork Chops
Ginger pork chop recipe Ingredients:
• 4 pork chops, 1 1/2 inches thick
• 1/3 cup honey
• 3 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon powdered ginger
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Place pork chops in
a shallow glass dish. Pour marinade over chops, cover, and allow to
marinate in refrigerator for 1-3 hours. Preheat grill for medium heat.
Remove chops from glass dish and discard marinade. Place chops on
a lightly oil grill rack and allow to cook for 20-25 minutes, turning
once.
