How to cook Ginger salsa recipe
• 1 cup cubed peaches
• 1 cup cubed seeded tomato
• 1/4 cup sliced green onions
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon minced peeled, fresh ginger
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 dash freshly ground black pepper
1. Combine all ingredients and stir well then chill until ready to
use.
