Recipe mango ginger Ingredients
• 1 ripe mango, peeled, seeded and chopped
• 1 cup crushed ice
• 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt or non-fat vanilla yogurt
• 2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute (optional, but if you are using
plain yogurt you are more apt to use)
• 1/2 cup cold water
• 3/4 teaspoon minced crystallized ginger or peeled fresh ginger
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Puree 'til smooth.
