Put about a tablespoon of olive oil in a deep skillet along with the
same amount of crushed garlic. Add one small can anchovies. Cook on
low, stirring, until anchovy is practically melted into the other
ingredients.
Wash kale well, do not dry. Put in skillet with mixture, cover and
let steam, stirring occasionally, until kale is tender.
This does not taste fishy, it is really good!
2 ) Remove the woody stem portion of the leaf. Stir Fry in a little
olive oil with some sliced mushrooms, onion, water chestnuts, snow
peas, carrots (or whatever stir fry veggies you like), garlic and
ginger. Season to taste with soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and rice
vinegar.
