1 banana
1/2 cup (50g) rolled oats
2 tablespoons (5g) bran or bran flakes
1/4 cup (40g) sultanas
2 tablespoons (20g) Hi-maize
2 tablespoons (40g) Vaalia yoghurt
Grate the pear, skin and
all. Mash the banana.
Combine all ingredients
and allow to stand at
least 1 hour but no more
than 24 hours.
Serve with soy or rice
milk and additional fruit
of your choice.
