Mustard with herbs, basic recipe.
1/2 cup dry mustard. 2 tbs flour -- 2 tsp salt -- 2 tbs sugar-- 2 tsp fresh herbs or 1/2 tsp dried herbs. Blend dry ingredients, gradually add vinegar until a smooth paste is made. Allow to sit over night. bottle or place in small jars, store in the refrigerator. All mustards improve with age.

Basic mustard.
1 cup dry mustard. 1 cup vinegar(herb or flavored) 3 tbs water. 2tbs honey or 3 tbs sugar. 1 tsp salt. Combine mustard with liquids, let sit for 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Add rest of ingredients. put into a double boiler over simmering water. Cook for 10 minutes, or until mustard thickens. Pour into sterilized jars, store in the refrigerator, allow to sit for a few days for flavor to develop

English pub Mustard.
1 cup dry mustard. 2/3 cup dark beer. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp turmeric. Mix dry ingredients in a glass bowl. Stir in beer. Either heat mixture on the stove till it reaches a near boil, or microwave for 2-3 minutes till it reaches a near boil. pour into jars. Let sit for a week to season.
