Mustard wing sauce recipe
BBQ CHICKEN WINGS
24 chicken wings
Vegetable oil
1/4 c. lime juice
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. hickory seasoning
Remove tips from chicken wings and cut remaining pieces in half.
Brush with a small amount of vegetable oil and bake in a preheated
400 degree oven for 1/2 hour.
Combine lime juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, dry mustard, ketchup,
garlic powder and hickory seasoning. Pour over chicken wings after
they have baked for 30 minutes. Continue baking for another 30 minutes.
Place under broiler for a few minutes before serving. BBQ wings may
be prepared the day before serving, covered and refrigerated. Reheat
for 5 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
