1/4 Chinese cabbage or 1/2 cabbage
1/2 carrots, remove skin and sliced thinly
some black fungus, soak for 15 mins and cut away the tough portion
one small pack of tang-hoon or known as green-bean vermicelli (optional) -soak until the vermicelli is soft and cut into smaller pieces
some garlics, crushed and minced finely
a few teaspoon of oil
oyster sauce - 2 tablespoon
chicken stock - 3/4 cup

Method of cooking Napa cabbage stir fry recipe

Instruction for cooking Napa cabbage stir fry recipe:
heat up wok and fry garlic in oil until the garlic turn light-brown and crunchy.
Add carrots and fry for a while, about 1/2 mins.
Add chinese cabbage or cabbage, black fungus and tang hoon.
Cover the wok and turn up the fire slightly
add oyster sauce and chicken stock and some salt and pepper to taste.

The chap choy will taste better if it is leave it for a few hoours or overnight as chicken stock has totally blend in with the vegetables. Remember to reheat again when serve
