Recipe for pumpkin fluff Cooking method
Ingredients
• 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
• 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
• 1 cup skim milk
• 1 cup fat-free cool whip
• 1 (8 ounce) package fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
mix
1. Mix together pumpkin, spice, and milk until well blended. Add the
pudding mix and beat by hand for two minutes. Fold in the cool whip.
Refrigerate.
