How to cook Egg Omelet with Salted and Dried Radish Recipe
Dried radishes recipe Ingredients:
4 oz salted and dried radish
4 eggs
3 green onions (scallions)
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp MSG
1/8 tsp black pepper
8 tbsp oil
1. Clean salted and dried radish, then drain water and mince.
2. Cut scallions.
3. Mince garlic.
1. Add 3 tbsp oil in the pan with scallions and garlic then stir-fry.
Add salted and dried radish and stir-fry again, marinate with 1 tsp
sesame oil, 1 tsp MSG, and 1/8 tsp black pepper, stir-fry till dry
and remove.
2. Beat the eggs, mix well with fried salted and dried radish.
3. Heat the pan, then pour 5 tbsp oil into the pan and heat over high
heat to boil, add egg mixture, stir and mix the center part till it
appears golden brown, drain off excess oil, then turn omelet over
and stir-fry again till golden brown. Remove and serve.
