Watermelon radish recipe Ingredients
• 3 cups cubed, seedless watermelon
• 1 cup halved red and/or yellow cherry tomatoes
• 1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes
• 1 Tbsp. fresh tarragon leaves
• 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
• 1 tsp. olive oil
• Dash salt
1. In a large bowl combine watermelon, cherry tomatoes, radishes,
tarragon, vinegar, oil, and salt. Let stand at room temperature for
15 minutes before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
