Sauteed Garlic Spinach
Ingredients
• 1 pound spinach, washed and stems removed
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• Salt
• Pepper
Wash spinach and shake off some of the remaining water. Heat oil in
skillet over medium high heat and stir in garlic. Cook quickly for
15 seconds. Add in spinach and quickly toss to coat. Spinach will
wilt rapidly and should be served immediately.
Note: This recipe should be done at the last minute before service
