How to prepare Spinach cottage cheese recipe
Ingredients
• 1 lb. spinach, washed well OR (2 CUPS CHOPPED FRIED leeks)
• 1 Tbsp. butter
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 lb. dry cottage cheese (sometimes called pressed cottage cheese)
1. Chop spinach and remove stems; simmer in butter covered in frying
pan; add salt and remove from burner.
2. Cool slightly and add cottage cheese and eggs; stir well.
3. Cool before using.
