How to cook Outback Steakhouse's Sweet Potato
Outback sweet potato recipe Ingredients
1 large sweet potato
2 Tbs shortening
2 - 3 Tbs kosher salt
3 Tbs softened butter
3 Tbs honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Rub outside of potato with shortening and sprinkle with kosher salt.
Bake the potato at 350°F for 45 to 60 minutes (until soft).
2 Split the potato. Whip together butter and honey and put inside.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
