3 cups - cooked & mashed sweet potato 1. Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and 1/2 cup butter & beat with electric mixer until smooth.
2. Spoon into a greased 2 quart shallow casserole dish.
3. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, 1/3 cup of butter and pecans; mix.
4. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Watch pecan top layer which should become toasted, but not burnt.
