Turnip casserole recipe Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can turnip or mustard greens, chopped & drained
1 tsp. sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. horseradish
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Bread crumbs
Cheddar cheese, grated

Method of cooking Turnip casserole recipe


Blend all ingredients together except bread crumbs and cheese. Spoon into casserole dish, cover top with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. This dish multiplies well for a big crowd. Serves 6-8.
