How to cook Zucchini and Parmesan Bisquick Pie

Bisquick zucchini pie recipe Ingredients

1 ea onion, grated
4 c zucchini, grated
1/2 c Parmesan cheese, grated
2 T chopped parsley
1 c bisquick
4 ea eggs
1/2 c oil
1/2 t nutmeg
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper

Method of cooking Zucchini and Parmesan Bisquick Pie


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with vegetable
spray (Pam).

Combine all ingredients except eggs and oil. Beat eggs and
oil together, then mix into zucchini mixture. Pour into pan
and bake for about 25 minutes.
