How to cook Zucchini Crisp
Zucchini crisp recipe Ingredients
• 5 cups zucchini, peeled, seeded & sliced
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 3/4 cup water
TOPPING
• 6 tablespoons butter
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
1. Cook first five ingredients for 10 minutes. Place in a 9"
square ungreased pan.
2. Mix topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over zucchini and
bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
3. Serves warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
